Hi! My name is Meg D’Ginto, welcome to my site! I am a 27 year old health and wellness enthusiast with a B.S in human nutrition and passion for health and fitness! I’ve come a long way since the start of my fitness journey and have learned so much that I want to share with all of you. I would say I “started” my fitness journey with high school sports which then snowballed into a TOTALLY different outlook on what it means to be happy & healthy! Today I am a natural IFBB bikini pro competitor working as an online coach with Bair Aesthetics but more importantly I am a 27 year old living her life and making the memories while maintaining a healthy lifestyle! BALANCE IS ATTAINABLE and I want to do whatever I can to help others achieve that<3
