ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Meg D’Ginto, welcome to my site! I am a 27 year old IFBB bikini pro with a B.S in human nutrition and passion for health and fitness! I’ve come a long way since the start of my fitness journey and have learned so much that I want to share with all of you. I would say I “started” my fitness journey with high school sports which then snowballed into a TOTALLY different outlook on what it means to be happy, healthy, and in tune with my own body! Today, I am a natural IFBB bikini Olympian working as an online coach with Bair Aesthetics but more importantly I am a 27 year old living her life and making the memories while maintaining a lifestyle that supports my goals, my happiness and my sanity haha. BALANCE IS ATTAINABLE and I want to do whatever I can to help others achieve what balance means to them<3

1 Time Nutrition Consult:

This option includes a custom training block catered to your overall goals, custom nutrition evaluation with macro recommendations and prescribed cardio that will lead you to your goals.This will be put together based off of what you have access to, experience level, overall goals and based on your current routine/intakes to ensure you are moving into something that is sustainable for you. This consult includes: 

  • Full split with exercises, sets, reps, tempo and notes to keep in mind for each movement based on your goals 

  • form videos for movements 

  • examples of progressive overload 

  • Custom macronutrient recommendations 

  • Custom cardio recommendations 

  • Custom Supplemental Recommendations

  • 1 time 30 min call to go over any questions you may have/further discuss your goals and what you are looking for 

1 Time Custom Training Block:
