I have always been more of an athletic person, always playing sports in school, always wanting to stay active! Fast forward to the end of high school I was planning to continue on my sports career and play in college, it just seemed like the thing to do, ya know? Playing sports your whole life, it kind of just lines up to continue on to the next level, because up to that point sports was really all you did. HOWEVER, I made the decision to NOT play as a D1 athlete, instead I decided to find myself and who I was when I wasn’t part of a team. Freshman year…YIKES. Ya girl was definitely into the party scene, and a little too much! I was still hitting the gym everyday but had no idea what I was really doing or what I was eating. Jumping up to junior year I finally found my passion, and what do ya know.. it was centered around my overall health! I started getting more into resistance training and learning everything I could about performance and nutrition. Eventually I discovered the world of bodybuilding and the whole experience really put it into perspective for me just how much I love this sport and that I was truly made to pursue it! Now I’m focusing on growing, gaining strength, fueling my body to feel the best it can, and growing my knowledge within the field. I am extremely proud of what I have built for myself and want to do whatever I can to help others achieve their goals and feel their best :)
