This ab program is a 6 week guide designed to be used supplementary to your current routine! I know I struggle to toss in ab circuits within my routine so hopefully this can be a quick, easy resource for you to utilize to implement abs! This guide is GYM BASED; however a majority of the movements can be done at home with minimal to no equipment. WHATS INCLUDED:
